Two-Bedroom Apartment

Positive: Handy clean big comfy beds.good sized appartment. Quiet room faced back st.deffs stay again Negative: Only 2mugs.no glasses. For an appartment that houses 4 people.

Positive: The location is the best thing about this accomodation, convenient and close to the city, sky tower and shops. Negative: Room 403 toilet door wouldn't close, the toilet seat was broken, the microwave smelt the room out, the shelving in the rooms were broken, door handles broken, cupboard doors to the kitchen nearly falling off, the roof was held together by masking tape, the oven didnt work, missing the knob for it and the entire apartments had a fishy smell coming through the air vents. We got moved to another room which was alot better with working amenities but the smell was throughout the building. We felt like we were getting scammed on check in, the receptionist wanted a credit card and/or details and cash because we didnt have a credit card and the payment was actually for any damages to the room. So not off to a good start. The pictures on the website were not like our room at all. Very disappointed

Had a great stay on the top floor!!! Positive: Had everything washing machine, dryer, dishwasher etc Negative: Small things only 2 towels for 4 people no tea towel.

Great value for money, easy stay Positive: Our stay was great, it was such good value for money, nice and warm and had everything we needed. The reception staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. Although it is a big and busy hotel, it didn't feel crowded and it was quiet. Would happily stay here again Negative: The king bed was 2 singles pushed together and you could really tell. But the mattresses were comfortable and bedding was clean and fresh. The lighting for putting make up on was pretty rough - but we worked with it :)
