Was freezing cold all night as the heater in our room wasn’t working, staff couldn’t provide us with a portable heater, Positive: The only good thing about the property is it had a nice view and was close to some shops. Negative: Not clean, freezing cold, outdated

Unclean and disappointing. Positive: Check out was easy. Negative: Our 2-bedroom unit was filthy. The wooden blind was broken in one of the bedrooms, hanging half collapsed from the frame unusable. In the other bedroom, the roller blind had splatter marks? There was hair stuck to the walls in the shower. The toilet had faecal splatter around the bowl. The floor was sticky to walk on. The vacuum had clearly only touched certain parts of the room in a long while. The room smelled pungent. The electric jug smelled as if some had boiled something putrid in it and when we tried rinsing it, brown liquid poured out. On arrival there was no power in the lobby. The attendant was able to manually check us in and advised “I think the elevator will work”. We decided we wouldn’t take the risk and walked our family and our luggage up the 7 flights of stairs.

Dirty Positive: Not to far from the water front Negative: Was very very dirty Even had to ask them to clean the shower could not walk around without socks as the floor was dirty and gritty The sheets were not the cleanest All in all was a waste of money and would not recommend to anyone
